Fun Land Terms of Service & Conditions

The following terms and conditions have been verified from the park's official policies:

1. General Site Usage
Use of the website signifies your consent to the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Notice itself is not a contract and does not create any legal rights or obligations.

2. Online Reservations and Ticketing
- If you use the site to reserve lodging or tickets via our booking partners (Xola, Core Cashless, Square, and its affiliates / “Ticketing Company”), additional terms and privacy policies from those platforms will apply.
- If you use another third-party online booking website to reserve lodging, you do so at your own risk and should carefully review the privacy policy and terms of any such websites.

3. Attraction Waivers (Fairfax Location)
- Starting April 2, 2022, a completed waiver is required to participate in all attractions at Fun Land of Fairfax.
- Walk-in guests 18 years of age and older must sign a main release waiver before participating in any attractions.
- Guests under 18 years of age must have their minor release waiver signed by a parent, guardian, or group chaperone.
- Waivers are only valid for the date of signature (the day you are visiting). Guests must sign the waiver acknowledgement each time they visit before enjoying the attractions.

4. Group Events and Birthday Parties
- If you are hosting a birthday party or a group event of 20+ people, you must provide a copy of the waiver to all attendees and parents of attendees under 18 prior to the event.
- Group waivers can be submitted digitally in advance by emailing them in a single PDF file to fairfax@visitfunland.com. While advance completion is highly recommended to save time, waivers can also be completed upon arrival.
