This attraction is driver-controlled and involves inherent risks. By participating in this attraction, you assume all risks. Be alert and aware of drivers around you. Drivers and passengers will experience changes in direction, elevation and speed. Both tracks feature gas-powered, operator-controlled go karts with speeds not exceeding 19 MPH.
All go-karts feature a single-clasping harness with two adjustable shoulder straps and one adjustable lap belt.
Drivers must have four functioning extremities; two functioning arms/hands and two functioning legs/feet. Drivers must exhibit sufficient visual acuity to operate the car safely. Drivers also need to be able to steer the car, hold on to the steering wheel with both hands, and use both feet to operate the brake and gas pedals. Passengers must have at least one functioning arm and sufficient lower extremities to ensure the ride restraint system adequately restrains them. Guests with a cervical collar, neck brace, broken collar bone, full arm cast, braced arm cast, or full leg cast are not permitted to ride.
